I am managing a remodel on my daughter's house, and will need someone that knows what he's doing, and the project will be separated into mini projects.
Willing to pay between $30 - 40/hr cash, must have own tools and ladders
First phase (and I am only hiring right now for about 6 days, could be weekends) is prepping exterior for the Vinyl Siding Company, and will include:
1. Stripping all wood shingles
2. Repairing any rotted wood (and 2 window sills).
3. Installing 3 replacement windows, a 6' slider, and an exterior prehung entrance door.
4. Taking down an elevated deck, and put in dumpster.
5. Finish with Aztec 2 columns in front of house.
Looking to start immediately, and am looking to put a 3 person crew together for this.
I want to pair an expert and a handyman (or 2, and/or a laborer) together to work on thiscan be weekends if you have a full time job
I have a bunch of interior work to be done if it works well, to follow later
