Established, Quality, New Construction homes, and Remodeling Company seeking motivated, detail-oriented, self-starters with Bathroom & Kitchen experience. At our company, the Finish Carpenter role is essential and assists the projects team in ensuring we have a successful completion of our projects.
Qualifications:
- Finish carpentry, Kitchen, and Bath remodeling experience a must, additions, drywall,
- 2 to 5 years experience in construction - Residential and light commercial construction
- Proven customer service skills
- Follow best construction building and safety practices on all sites
- Must have own tools and VEHICLE w/capacity to carry a ladder and materials
- Must pass skills examination – written and/or on the job demonstration
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
- Strong time management skills
- AZEK TRIM
- Blueprint reading
- Finish carpentry
- Cabinetry installation
- textured ceiling, swirls, crown, High-end wall decor moldings
-Shower tile install to finish a must Install shower glass is a plus
- Patching, Painting & Staining
- Door & Window installations
-vinyl Siding
-Decks, treks, vinyl railings, vinyl fence
-Project completion on time
