Real Estate Property Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in site work for residential developments and a strong understanding of excavation practices.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm with 1/2 hour lunch (total of 40 hours per week). Overtime may be available.
Responsibilities
Operate heavy machinery such as loaders, bulldozers, excavators, rock trucks, and skid steers
Excavate for foundations, water lines, sewer systems, drainage, and electrical infrastructure
Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance, including greasing
Follow all safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
Communicate effectively with site supervisors, team members and vendors
Read and interpret site plans
Utilize GPS systems and rotary lasers (knowledge is a plus)
Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts 2A Hoisting License (required)
Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment
Solid understanding of excavation techniques and construction safety
Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and reliable
