Licensed HVAC Installer/ service techs for a residential HVAC company. SIGN ON BONUS. We service and install gas, oil, steam, hot water, central air, ductwork, boilers, hot water heaters and are one of Rhode Islands largest residential installation companies for ductless AC/Heat pump systems. Masters and or Journeymen are welcome. Oil burner technician, boiler installer, Journeyman or master (refrigeration, pipefitting, and or plumbing) positions for RI and or MASS are available. Our company is also expanding into different areas of Massachusetts and licensed service tech for the Mass area is a plus. We are seeking a seasoned pipe fitter /plumber for expanding in RI and also a territory in nearby Massachusetts. This will be a guaranteed (Senior position) area for the right individual as our company will target and expand into. The individual should have knowledge of heating and AC systems. Experience in the residential field is required. The package could be structured as a base plus commission, hourly only, part time, full time or sub contractor. We are looking for team players for both positions and will consider a tandem / partners, if you have an existing partner relationship. We are a rapidly growing company and are looking for some key people to grow with us. Seeking highly motivated individuals to service and install heating and air conditioning systems. Our current business profile has a focus on heating and does not actually have a plumbing division. Any interested plumbers take note that this partnership could lead to a turnkey plumbing division of a very successful 85 year company. It could also be the slow down phase of an individual who is heading towards retirement years. We are looking for Team leaders as well as possible apprentices with experience. Masters and journeymen will be a high priority candidate. The qualified candidate for a leading position must be able to work with others as well as communicate with our local sales team and office staff. We are a company that prides ourselves on quality workmanship and building customer confidence as well as giving our customers a great experience dealing with our company. Previous customers as well as potential new customers are all valued customers. Must be well spoken, pleasant personality, and maintain a professional appearance. A great deal of people skill and communication is required.
