Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ironworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, repairing, and fabricating structural and miscellaneous metals, possess a strong work ethic, and be committed to delivering exceptional workmanship.
Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and installation procedures
Lay out and position structural steel and other metal components
Execute welding, cutting, and anchoring of steel structures
Perform inspections and quality checks on materials and finished installations
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Adhere to all safety regulations and practices
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Ironworker or in a related field
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in construction
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Valid driver's license
