City & Estate Gardener is hiring motivated and professional landscape maintenance crew members for the 2025 season. We are a horticulturally focused, full-service landscape maintenance company based in Providence, providing high-quality care to discerning residential and institutional clients on the East Side.
We are seeking candidates who are looking to grow their skills and take pride in delivering exceptional outdoor environments. This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous landscaping experience who want to work on detail-oriented properties with a team that values craftsmanship and professionalism.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lawn mowing, line trimming, and blowing
Weeding, bed care, pruning, mulching
Seasonal cleanups
Other landscape maintenance tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate:
1+ year of landscape maintenance or horticulture experience preferred
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license in good standing (required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
