Clark Boat Yard & Marine Works in Jamestown, RI is looking for USCG Licensed Launch Drivers to join our crew.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and navigate Launch Tender in various water conditions
- Ensure the safety of passengers
- Maintain and inspect the boat's mechanical systems and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance checks
- Monitor weather conditions and make decisions regarding safe navigation
- Communicate effectively with passengers and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage the loading and unloading of passengers and cargo
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- Valid Boat USCG Captain's license or Launch Operators License
- Proven boat handling experience as a Boat Captain or Launch Driver
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Familiarity with maritime laws, regulations, and safety procedures
