I own a 3 family home in Providence that needs a bunch of exterior work (mostly soffit replacement in certain areas), and some interior work, as well.
There may be approx 6 days of work, to start; and I have a secondary project elsewhere.
You will need your own tools, have ladders (40 ft), and be comfortable working outside in the cold weatherI have a huge punchlist, and will direct the tasks, as neededdon't start asking for pictures, we can talk about specifics when I call you, and you can decide at that point if still interested
I am paying cash per hour ($25-$35/hr depending on skills), each day, and looking for Wed- Fri of this week, and a few days next weekalso, I may be looking for a handyman laborer for $15/hr (in case you have 1 of those)
