Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Woonsocket, RI. This is a full-time opportunity in the property maintenance field at a multi-site portfolio (352 units) located throughout Woonsocket, North Smithfield, & Pascoag. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm. This position is a great opportunity for anyone seeking to strengthen their existing skills in the property maintenance field. You will prepare vacant units, complete resident work order requests, complete unit inspections, accompany vendors, participate in the upkeep of the properties, clean vacant apartments, common areas, snow removal, and groundskeeping.
Your Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be well-rounded with basic skills and understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping. This position will include participation in the emergency on-call rotation and snow removal. A valid Driver’s License is required with access to a vehicle for travel between properties. Must live within 30 minutes of Woonsocket. Experience with Mobile Yardi Maintenance App is a plus.
