Warwick Based Property management company has immediate openings for full time experienced home remodelers to join our growing team.
We only rehab our own single and mult family residential and commercial properties as properties we purchase for the purpose of rehab and resale.
Looking for independent self starter worker with no baggage or outside issues.
Our properties are located in Warwick, East Greenwich, West Warwick, and Cranston
We hold our RI Contractors Permit as well as carry workers compensation on our employees.
Our 20 year old company is continuing to grow and expand our team and we are looking to add to our crew to expand to more properties
Candidate must have experience in carpentry and all aspects of remodeling a home including kitchens, baths. including basic electrical and plumbing skills.
Must have own basic tools and transportation to get to the job site.
