Establish a communications process with assigned GRO, facilitating consistency and operational stabilityMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, processes, technology, systems, and applicationsDeliver closed loop resolution by ensuring all guest issues are investigated, addressed and communicatedCompletes various daily, monthly or weekly reporting to management and other duties or special projects as assignedCoach and direct Guest Relations Officers’ team to provide excellent guest serviceCheck Next day Arrivals if any Payments, Traces and special preferencesMake sure attend all the Arrivals and departuresCross check Buggy’s, Reg cards, Garlands and GRO’s ready for all the ArrivalsMeet all the guest on departures and get feedback (Remind them Incl. Alcohol Policy)Pre Arrival email need to send 2 days in advance (Ellite Members)Follow up calls for VIP’s and Ellite MembersFollow up the Activity (special entitlement ) of the VIP’s and Ellite MembersMake sure monitor all the guest feedback and complaints and inform to the concern departments and update in GELAllocate GRO to the concern guest and send guest feedback sheet every day to all the HOD’sIn absence FO Supervisor, need to take care of FO operations tooPresence in the Junction is very importantMonitor Welcome drinks, fusion water and towels for the ArrivalsMonitor GRO’S Grooming on daily basisAllocate GRO’S duty timings according to the Arrivals / Departure one day in advanceDay to day operations and feedback must share with FOM / AFOM
