The RoleReporting to the Senior Business Operations Manager, the Senior Business Operations Officer / Assistant Business Operations Manager sits within the Sales Operations Team at SEEK Asia (JobsDB). The role focuses on driving operational excellence, supporting data integrity across sales platforms, and enabling a seamless sales process through automation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.You will work closely with Sales and Commercial leaders to enhance productivity, enable CRM adoption, streamline reporting processes, and support key strategic projects that improve sales / operation efficiency and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily business operations, including lead assignment, account validation, and transactional support for core and new business workflows.Act as a key operations lead supporting the Job Ad Share project, coordinating planning, execution, and cross-team communication to ensure timely delivery.Maintain data accuracy and quality across Salesforce and other enterprise systems.Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Tech, and Analytics teams to enhance existing processes through automation and workflow improvements.Create and maintain operational documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training materials for new process rollout.Prepare, validate, and interpret sales performance reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.Coordinate with regional stakeholders on project planning, tracking, and reporting progress to management.Support the implementation of data governance standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness across CRM and reporting systems.Identify and drive opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and efficiency gains within business operations.Liaise with IT and Analytics teams to troubleshoot system issues and develop new automation workflows.Perform regular audits on CRM data quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
