Job Description:The Business Support Specialist provides a wide variety of support activities ensuring the operational readiness of the organization.
PPrimary responsibilities include:
Drafting communications and creating presentations
Reporting and Analytics
Quality Control of Loan review
o Compare legal documents to source system for accuracy
Responsible for working an outlook mailbox, ensure proof of insurance is adequate
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact efficiently and effectively with internal business partners, legal counsel, and clients.
Operational risk management activities such as:
o Procedural governance
o System access audits
o Support for colleague engagement activities
Required Skills/Experience:
Attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Access
Bachelors Degree preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and perform in a deadline driven environment.

Basic Computer Literacy ( Microsoft outlook, word, excel)
Organizational Skill (Sorting documents and reviewing against source system)
Attention to detail
Verbal and written communication skills- Ability to make phone calls, emails
Phones are 15-20 weekly-calling insurance agencies
Ability to work independently, self sufficient
