Your role will include key responsibilities such as:Ensure that the service to the guest is as per resort standards in order to maximise guest satisfaction and departmental profit.Recommend and suggest specialities to guests and up-sell whenever possible.Interact positively and professionally with guests, colleagues and other departments as appropriate and required.Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating and assisting co-workers as needed.Adhere to Resort policies & procedures: attend work on time as scheduled, follow Resort standards regarding personal hygiene.Prepare and maintain shisha pipes, ensuring they are clean, properly packed, and ready for service.Possess extensive knowledge of various shisha flavours and blends, offering expert advice to guests.Monitor coal levels and manage heat distribution to ensure optimal smoking experience for guests.Educate guests on shisha etiquette and proper smoking techniques when necessary.Maintain a clean and organised shisha preparation area, adhering to health and safety standards.Keep accurate inventory of shisha supplies and report any shortages or quality issues to management.Assist in training new team members on shisha preparation and service techniques.Carry out any other duties assigned by the management.
