A DAY IN THE LIFEProvide support on ad hoc projects and office opening, renewals, expansions and refurbishment projects for the region.Partner with cross-functional departments to complete office projects and works well in cross-team collaborations.Multitask between various daily and recurring tasks and multiple short- and longer-term projectsMonitor and check the validity and accuracy of utilities, facilities and IT management-related bills, before submitting to the Facilities Director for approval.Provide support in facilities meetings as assigned by taking notes/minutes, providing and filing materials, tracking assignments and following up on activities.Maintain, assist, prepare, and modify facilities documents and reports for the Americas Region.Assist in supervising other office managers in the region to follow the facilities procedures.Assist with planning company events and activitiesSupport with the company apartments (arrivals, departures, cleanliness etc.)
