A DAY IN THE LIFEDraft, negotiate, and finalise a broad range of commercial contracts with U.S. and international counterparties. Provide clear, practical advice to business stakeholders, balancing legal risk with commercial opportunity. Act as the first point of contact for legal queries from the offices in North America, collaborating with senior management and escalating issues as appropriate. Support cross-border transactions and projects, working closely with colleagues in London and across other international offices. Contribute to the development of legal processes, playbooks, and templates that will enhance efficiency and consistency across the department. Engage with compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives as the department expands.
