A DAY IN THE LIFELead, manage and develop the Flight Representative network across the U.S. and Canada, setting clear expectations, recognizing strong performance and proactively addressing performance issues.Recruit, onboard and retain high-quality Flight Representatives, strategically growing the network and improving coverage across key private aviation locations.Design and deliver structured training and development, including onboarding programs, checklists, operational guidance and clear service standards to ensure consistency across the network.Bring strong aviation and business experience, with previous leadership experience and the confidence to manage, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team.Build trusted relationships across ACS Private Jets and with Jet Card Managers, working collaboratively to deliver reliable communication and an exceptional experience for clients.Act as the senior escalation point for Flight Representatives during live operations, remaining calm under pressure, making confident decisions and providing hands-on support before, during and after flights.Develop and maintain strong FBO relationships across North America, travelling regularly to strengthen existing partnerships and identify opportunities to support network growth. The role will remain primarily office-based, with travel undertaken as required.Manage and develop the Flight Rep Coordinator, ensuring effective scheduling, communication, organization and utilization of the Flight Representative network.Use reporting, coverage data and operational feedback to drive continuous improvement, identifying gaps, improving processes and supporting strategic growth of the department.Be a highly organized, adaptable and emotionally intelligent leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong attention to detail and the flexibility to travel and provide on-call support when operationally required.
