GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Demonstrates a high degree of Velaa’s culture and service standards awareness.Performs Ayurveda treatments to the highest of his/her ability.Communicates with the guest, giving advice on treatments and packages based on their personal and unique needs.Works closely with the Ayurveda doctor, delivering his/her expectations when performing treatments.Provides feedback and preferences related to guests' health and treatments to the spa team and the Ayurveda Doctor.Complies with company SOP’s and protocols.
