Become a maker of possible with us.Job SummaryAssociate Territory Managers are responsible for supporting our sales teams in executing their regional strategies through effective territory management activities including but not limited to planning and coordinating sales visits, managing expenses, tracking activity within assigned territories, preparing for and participating in customer meetings, assisting with forecasting, pricing, and contract negotiations. This position reports directly to a Director of Sales or Regional Sales Manager and will be responsible for working closely with multiple sales representatives as well as other internal departments such as Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to build strong relationships, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate sales visits based on accounts/territory analysis

Assist in identifying key decision makers and influencers

Coordinate all logistics related to trade shows and seminars

Develop local market plans, call programs, account plans, and strategic selling approaches

Maintain and analyze data regarding product usage, sales trends, competitive landscape, and market potential

Assist in developing annual operating budget and quarterly forecasts

Assist in driving the implementation of strategic initiatives

Actively engage in collaborative cross functional projects and teams

Prepare for and participate in customer meetings, presenting products and solutions

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; business, healthcare, or life sciences preferred

Minimum two years relevant experience in sales support or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficient Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required

Ability to travel up to 25%

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure

Experience in medical device industry preferred

Must reside within the greater Nashville area
