Garage Headquarters is hiring a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development in the commercial garage door and loading dock industry.This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting, cold calling, and closing new accounts — not account management.Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts (B2B sales)- Generate leads through cold calling, job site visits, and networking and referrals- Sell commercial garage doors, loading docks, service contracts, and repairs- Build relationships with general contractors, property managers, warehouses, and industrial clients- Conduct site visits, identify needs, and present solutions- Manage and grow a sales territory- Track pipeline activity and meet sales goals
