We provide guidance and support to help seniors make better informed decisions about their prescription drug benefits, save money and live happier, healthier lives. Besides helping our clients and their members, the work that we do supports our larger organizational goal of redefining health care.We’re looking for a marketer with demonstrated success developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns involving print, digital and broadcast media channels. You will serve as a subject matter expert for acquisition and retention marketing activities as a valued contributor to the Client Engagement team.As a Marketing Manager Medicare Part D, you will need to have a deep understanding of marketing functions and can work across the organization to build consensus, leverage resources and see projects through to completion. This is a client facing position, so you’ll need to have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have had experience working within an advertising agency or consulting firm. Someone with an analytical aptitude and research mindset to develop new and creative solutions supported by fact-based recommendations and case studies. You'll need to have a solid understanding of measuring and evaluating marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.Required Qualifications
5+ years’ marketing experience, agency experience preferred
3+ years’ experience with managing integrated marketing campaigns – print, direct mail, digital
Demonstrated success using marketing analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and calculate ROI
Strong communication skills, written verbal and presentation
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, DoubleClick, Google Ad Words
Project management experience
Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
