Description:
•Work closely with the Sr. Manager in charge of customer reach strategies for the ExtraCare program, to execute and manage individual initiatives that support both the immediate and the longer-term strategy to expand customer reach across multiple channels.
•Project manage cross-functional workstreams across customer-facing channels and back-end data strategy to implement changes intended to drive reach expansion and ongoing data hygiene.
•Collect and synthesize feedback from customers and retail field resources to monitor the impact and success of new and ongoing initiatives.
•Work closely with Data Strategy and Analytics partners to maintain existing (and to build brand new) reporting and dashboards, to help track the performance of ongoing initiatives and to use insights to uncover new opportunities.
•Execute day-to-day operational tasks to maintain ongoing reach expansion initiatives.
Experience
•2 - 4 years' experience in customer growth and development, data-driven marketing, and/or strategy development in a retail, consumer packaged goods, or consulting environment.
•Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from start to finish.
•Demonstrated ability to prioritize work based on level of criticality to deliver. Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, to influence key partners at all levels of the organization and to keep teams aligned on progress, risks, and accomplishments.
•Must have a passion for reviewing performance metrics and identifying new concepts to improve, and a passion for understanding and meeting the needs of the customer.
•Proficiency in core MS business applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Experience with using and writing SQL queries to pull and compile data into insightful reports would be a definite plus.
Position Summary
•Currently remote work, we anticipate moving to hybrid schedule of remote/ onsite work. Candidates must be within a commutable distance to Woonsocket, RI
•This role will support the Loyalty & Personalization team''s ongoing reach expansion initiatives. These initiatives are designed to improve our ability to communicate with our loyalty program customers by acquiring, maintaining, and optimizing contact and profile data. The role involves significant cross-functional work with our internal partners in analytics, data strategy, and new capability development, along with our field resources to impact change throughout the CLIENT Pharmacy retail chain.
Education
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Marketing is required.
