Operator / Materials Crib - 1st shift

BASIC FUNCTIONSYou will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day Crib (machine spare parts warehouse) operations at the Charleston plant while adhering to Bosch’s established standards and procedures. You will be required to display a high level of associate involvement, teamwork, and precision to provide continuous improvement ideas and demonstrate strong customer focus.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESCollect and issue spare part orders as received (including utilizing PIT equipment)Stock incoming material in designated locationPerform inventory audits as requiredFollow deviation management processesEnsure 5S in the crib is maintainedWork to ensure KPI’s are metFollow plant safety and environmental policiesEscalate concerns for material, technical, and quality issuesSupport additional tasks for the crib as required (including receiving process)REPORTING RELATIONSHIPThis position reports to the TEF3 Crib FLM.INTERACTIONThis position interacts with Operators, Operational Technicians, Special Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers and Leadership
