Sealing Technologies is looking for a Reporting Analyst III to join the team! The Reporting Analyst will report to the Finance Manager and oversee dashboard creation, maintenance, and reporting. Roles & Responsibilities:Dashboard Setup & Maintenance
Develop and manage Unanet dashboards for interactive reporting on company and Mission Area performance and KPIs.
Independently designs and builds reports that are scalable, repeatable, automatable, and accurate.
Preparation of ad hoc analysis based on a variety of data sources including sales transactions, accounting ledgers, costs of production, trade statistics, and other economic data.
Accountable for ongoing enhancements and refinements to Unanet Analytics business processes, workflows, and system configurations to support evolving business needs.
Analyzes processes to identify the flow of data and gaps in data; develops new ways to obtain data.
Other relevant tasks are assigned by the Finance Manager.
Prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems.
Reporting
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, communicate, deliver, and interpret KPIs as leading indicators on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Work with large-scale datasets, utilizing excel, Unanet Analytics, and similar tools for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
Utilizes advanced analytical skills to produce reporting, interpret data, clearly articulate findings, and provide recommendations for action.
Continuously analyze, evaluate and refine KPIs to align with organizational goals and objectives.
Provide quarterly and monthly reporting as required by our parent company.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
4-6 years of data analytics and reporting experience; government contracting experience required.
Background working with different government contract types such as FFP, T&M, and CPFF.
Strong analytical and data analytics skills.
Familiar with multiple reporting tools including Excel and Unanet.
Strong expertise in crafting intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerBI, or a similar tool.
Ability to work in a small team with a highly collaborative manner to meet required deadlines and perform all necessary tasks.
“Hands-on” professional with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
This role has an internal job title of Reporting Analyst III.Salary Range: $64K-$80K and potential to qualify for bonuses. The anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
