ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ .55 cpm starting pay for all drivers 4 months-1 years experience
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ .56-.65 cpm offered depending on experience for drivers 2+ years
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ $3000 sign on bonus for non flatbed experience drivers and $5000 for experienced drivers paid out within 120 days of hiring date!
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ $1100 paid orientation , also hotel, breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided. Bus ticket paid for.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ .02 cpm safety bonus paid on all miles for all drivers who practice safe driving habits each month
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ .05 cpm performance bonus paid out each month for all drivers who exceed 12,000 miles or $19,000 in revenue
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ 1 week PAID vacation given to all drivers who drive 30,000 miles each quarter! This means you can earn 4 weeks paid vacation a year or gross $54,000 in revenue ($18000 per month avg)!!!!

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ $100 layover pay
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ 1 week paid vacation earned every year of employment.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ All chains, straps, tarps, binders, straps, and any other equipment needed to perform your job is provided.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Only 3 months OTR driving experience required to start! (Any CDL A OTR is acceptable, dry van, reefer, car haul, heavy haul or flatbed drivers accepted)
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ $800 p/week training pay to non flatbed experienced drivers.
