As TD puts career development at the forefront of our colleague experience, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.Line of Business:Personal & Commercial BankingJob Description:Solutions Analyst III ensures TD Bank has products and processes that are customer-oriented, scalable and cost effective to meet the market demands of our customer segments, Faster, Better, and Cheaper. This position is responsible for the remediation of FCRA Furnishing discrepancies, oversight of solution delivery and ongoing monitoring of system of record furnishing processes.Depth & Scope:

Coordinates with internal and external resources needed to successfully complete projects and deliver solutions that address business needs

Works with Business Line, Risk, and Operational partners to execute or, facilitate business line activities required for Solutions including planning, business requirements, and vendor relationship management

Provides expertise, acting as a specialist resource for systems, processes, and troubleshooting knowledge for Line, Risk, and Operational partners

Maintains and administers systems business functions to ensure continuous and uninterrupted system availability

Manages large projects including task and responsibility delegation, in support of Solutions initiatives

Assists in developing implementation plans for specific components of the Solutions strategy

Participates in enterprise solution design, development, and documents standards that apply for business applications

Creates design for Solutions requirements

Conducts business analysis, joint review sessions and facilitates processes to elicit business and functional requirements

Assists in the development of specific components of the Solutions strategy

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent to Bachelor's degree required

7+ years' experience required

In depth knowledge of business line, business model, operations

Demonstrated communication skills

Demonstrated problem-solving skills along with good decision making skills

Excellent follow up skills and the ability to manage competing priorities according to business need

Demonstrated ability to handle large projects, including task and responsibility delegation

Progressively responsible experience in large scale corporate systems analysis

Demonstrated ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications

In depth process improvement skills

In depth technical knowledge and the ability to apply it to various system issues and training situations

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot research and correct the majority of system malfunctions

Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks

Retail Servicing Business Process Knowledge

Collections and Recovery Business Process Knowledge

US Bankcard Business Process Knowledge

TDAF (low priority), TSYS (priority based on volume), AM, LoanServ, CACS Business and Technology Acumen
