General Responsibilities:
• Maintain positive relationship with client through frequent visits to client location
• Provide compassionate leadership to all employees
• Fully staff all client accounts with qualified hires
• Meet new hires at orientation
• Accomplish various management tasks and reports
• Respond to client or employee issues with urgency
• Work various hours as needs arise
• Other duties as they are assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be bilingual (english & spanish)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, some weekends are required
