Come, be a part of our team and create Care Chemicals with us.We are seeking a professional like you to lead the White Stone Site as a key member of the Site Leadership Team, leading site operations and logistics teams. You will contribute to the overall business management and Operational Excellence, including long and short term business planning, actively participating and leading decision-making concerning site labor, regulatory, infrastructure and overall management issues.Formula for Success you will.

Lead the site operations and logistic teams to ensure safe and compliant operations that delivers quality products to our customers.

Rely on your demonstrated leadership in manufacturing or engineering, conducting performance management, development and feedback, setting expectations through Performance Development Reviews,, KPI’s, assignments, and development discussions.

Leverage your knowledge in Change Management and Organizational Development while identifying and implementing work process changes, knowledge transfer requirements and methods to enable transitions required to support organizational growth, development and succession planning.

Leverage your education and experience in production, engineering, technology or maintenance within chemical manufacturing, collaborating with Site Leadership members on strategy and overall business management; including long and short term business planning, active participation and leadership in decision-making concerns such as site labor, regulatory, infrastructure and overall management issues.

Apply your knowledge in Process Safety Management and EHS Permit Processes (LOTO, Confined Space, etc.) as you ensure compliance with EHS requirements and act as a key contributor to the implementation of the Responsible Care Management System (RCMS), Process Safety Management Team, Quality, Maintenance, and Site Engineering.

Demonstrate your understanding of Sales and Operations Planning Processes while interfacing with Global Production, Technology and Business Units at the site and provide support for customer issues.

Actively participate in the S&OP Processes, quarterly visits, business meetings, and operational issues.

Apply your experience in Chemical Plant Operations, Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence continuous improvement programs, managing established goals, objectives, and operational budgets for the Operations and Logistics Team while ensuring continuous improvement.

If you have

A Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry or related field; Masters degree is preferred.

Leadership experience in manufacturing or engineering with demonstrated experience developing high performing teams; change management and organizational knowledge.

Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management and EHS Permit Processes, Operational Excellence and budgeting.
