You will be the operational engine of our strategy!What’s in your "Panda Box"?Lead Cross-functional Strategic Projects: You will direct complex initiatives that span multiple departments, ensuring risks are mitigated and milestones are met with precision.Ensure Execution Alignment Across Functions: You will act as the "organizational glue" to ensure our teams are moving in sync. You bridge gaps and resolve misalignments to ensure seamless execution.Drive Performance Tracking & Narrative: You’ll own the "single source of truth." You monitor 360-degree business performance and craft the executive narrative that explains business trends to the MD and Regional stakeholders.Own Target Setting: You’ll lead the process of defining targets for the entire organization, ensuring they are ambitious, realistic, and strategically aligned with regional expectations.
