In this diverse and rewarding position, you will:Be the first point of contact for families, staff and stakeholders, creating a welcoming and professional experienceManage enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions, including complex or sensitive mattersCoordinate site operations including appointments, meeting rooms, fleet bookings and shared resourcesProvide high-level administrative support to the Regional Lead and multidisciplinary teamOrganise meetings and events, including agendas, minutes and follow-up actionsSupport onboarding activities and site-based operational processesGenerate, analyse and distribute reports to support service delivery, planning and performance monitoringMaintain data accuracy and integrity through effective data entry, validation and monitoring practicesIdentify trends and insights to support continuous improvement and informed decision-makingPromote workplace safety and compliance through coordination of site-based health and safety activitiesThrough your work, you'll help create positive experiences for families while providing the operational and reporting support that enables services to run effectively.Who we're looking for
You are an organised, proactive and customer-focused professional who enjoys working across administration, coordination and data reporting functions.You'll bring:Minimum 5 years' experience in a busy, client-focused administrative environmentDemonstrated experience in reception, administration, stakeholder engagement and site coordinationStrong data reporting and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insightsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesHigh attention to detail, accuracy and confidentialityA proactive approach with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgementA collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvementCapacity to work onsite five days per weekWhat will make you stand out?Experience supporting senior leaders and/or multidisciplinary teamsUnderstanding of NDIA systems, data or performance reportingExperience working within the not-for-profit sectorWhat's in it for you?
