Pay Rate: $18 to $20/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Wizard: Manage the onboarding process for new hires using our ATS system (iCIMS).
Excel Excellence: Utilize Excel for tracking onboarding completion and maintaining accurate records.
Communication Champion: Engage with candidates through phone calls and emails, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Follow-Up Guru: Track onboarding progress after offers are accepted and proactively follow up with candidates.
Troubleshooting Pro: Address any onboarding issues that arise, ensuring new employees feel welcomed and supported.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HR onboarding or related roles.
Proficiency in iCIMS and Excel.
Strong communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
