As the OUTsurance Accident OTR Assessor you will be responsible for assessing, validating and finalising Motor Accident Claims.Responsibilities:Validate all incidents and claimsMeeting with clients, witnesses, SAPS officials, towing operators etc.Finalise all reports and administration (reports, scanning, photographs etc.)Liaise with service providersMake the decision, all administration and telephonic queries arising around thatHandling and resolving all queries and problems from service provider and clientsConduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place.
