We're looking for an experienced Aftermarket professional to drive the performance of our aftercare products across 5 Dutton Automotive dealerships throughout NSW (Chatswood, Brookvale, Caringbah, Marrickville, Alexandria).In this regional role, you'll work closely with Sales Managers, Aftermarket Managers and dealership teams to increase aftermarket product penetration, improve customer outcomes, and maximise dealership profitability.Rather than managing a team directly, you'll influence, coach and support dealership teams by identifying opportunities, analysing performance, implementing strategies and sharing best practice across multiple locations.This is a hands-on, performance-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, working across different dealership environments and making a measurable commercial impact. You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, drive initiatives and help shape the ongoing success of Dutton's aftermarket operations.
