Establish and maintain professional, one-on-one relationships with participants to assess career interests, skills, and barriers to employment.Guide participants in career exploration, job search strategies, and goal-setting to align with their skills and aspirations.Conduct individualized assessments to determine work readiness and develop action plans for employment success.Provide consistent case management, ensuring that participants receive ongoing support, referrals, and follow-ups.Maintain accurate and detailed case notes on all participant interactions, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.Track participant progress, document milestones, and address any challenges that arise in their employment journey.Ensure participants follow through with planned activities and employment-related commitments.Collaborate with educational institutions, training providers, and employers to connect participants with relevant opportunities.Assist participants in accessing support services, including transportation, childcare, and other resources needed to sustain employment.Accurately complete all enrollment documentation and ensure compliance with funding agency requirements.Monitor and report participant attendance, engagement, and outcomes, developing solutions for any participation barriers.Support intake processes and ensure compliance with program standards and expectations.Identify operational challenges and collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements.Participate in community outreach events to promote program awareness, build partnerships, and engage potential participants.Provide operational and administrative support as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.
