Your main responsibilities will be to:Perform inspections when requiredSupervise a team of quality inspectors in Durban, South Africa and oversee their performance through Key Performance Indicators and on-site assessments. Take actions based on their results.Act as a trainer and coach, provide technical support and guidance to inspectors and conduct performance evaluations and on-site audits when required.Propose and implement solutions to improve standards of service to prevent issues that may impact the quality of inspections.Lead the investigations to establish whether any claims related to the inspectors’ actions are legitimate.Represent QIMA during meetings with customers in the region, provide technical expertise, and kickoff inspection programs.Maintain good working relationships with all the suppliers and factories where we inspect.
