As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll ensure the reliable performance of TOMRA’s advanced food-sorting solutions. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize systems across customer sites, providing both technical expertise and exceptional service.Your responsibilities:Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting equipment at customer sites.Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues.Deliver remote and on-site technical support as required.Train customers in proper machine operation and maintenance.Document and submit detailed service reports to support continuous improvement.Collaborate closely with customers and TOMRA teams to achieve high satisfaction levels while ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.Reporting line: Team Leader Field Service Engineer.Travel: Up to 80% within South Africa, occasional international visits; flexible schedule required (weekends possible).
