HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTThe role is to manage complex logistics projects including warehouse relocations, warehouse closures, new warehouse launches, and tender/RFP processes. Ensure project schedules, budgets, scope, and deliverables are achieved while maintaining operational continuity and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.Main Responsibilities:Lead and manage logistics projects including warehouse relocations, closures, consolidations, and new warehouse implementations.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and operational readiness.Manage tender/RFP processes including vendor selection, contract evaluation, and stakeholder alignment.Monitor project scope, milestones, deliverables, manage and mitigate risks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Ensure operational continuity and minimal disruption during warehouse transitions and implementationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and external partners to support project objectives and develop change management activities to support operational transition.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations, logistics processes, and cost efficiency.Prepare and present project status updates, reports, and performance metrics to management and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.Manage project documentation, contracts, and operational handover processes.SG 11 #LI-Hybrid
