Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, layout drawings, and technical specifications.Install new elevators in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.Assemble and install elevator components, including guide rails, elevator cars, motors, control systems, and associated equipment.Connect electrical wiring and perform functional testing to ensure systems operate correctly.Carry out troubleshooting, adjustments, and commissioning during the installation process.Perform elevator removals and modernization projects.Ensure all installations comply with relevant safety regulations, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines.Work closely with the Project Manager and installation team to achieve project deadlines.Submit accurate daily site reports.Communicate site progress, risks, delays, and technical issues clearly and promptly.Maintain tools, equipment, and company assets in good working condition.Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational requirements.Take ownership and responsibility for the quality of work completed and the sites assigned. What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will demonstrate:Excellent attention to detail.A strong work ethic and reliability.Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.Professionalism when working with clients and colleagues.The ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
