Our Head of Administration — the person who keeps our operations running seamlessly — is going on maternity leave. She’s the one making sure new clients are onboarded correctly, payments are accurate, and coaches have the support they need. While she’s away, we’re looking for someone who can step into her role and keep things running smoothly.This is not a narrow admin role. It combines operations, systems, and problem-solving. You’ll be handling detail-heavy tasks, supporting multiple stakeholders, and keeping workflows on track.
