From climate change and human rights violations to water pollution and diversity and inclusion matters - there are complex and interrelated factors that businesses need to consider before they can reduce their negative impacts – and increase the positive ones.Together with your Deloitte colleagues, you will help organisations integrate impact into the business strategy and decision-making process and to become a more ethical and responsible business while creating long-term value.How do you do this? As an Economic, Environmental and Social Impact Modeling Manager, you will be supporting our clients in measuring and analyzing the ESG impacts our clients make and where asked to monetize the outcomes into social costs or benefits. Responsibilities include:Lead the delivery of projects for clients with a focus on:Performing social and environmental extended  input-output modeling (in R, Python, …)Measuring and monetizing social, economic and environmental impacts in line with industry standards such as the Value Balancing Alliance methodologyProvide quantitative insights through financial, social and economic impact modeling using data science, mathematics and statistical skillsParticipate in client meetings and assist in preparation of reportsEducate and support your colleagues, enabling them to conduct robust modelling (Python, R, ) and interpret the results (Tableau, Power BI dashboards)Identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of our client's challenges and provide an independent point of viewManage client relationships and provide industry insight and experience in the domains of sustainability and social developmentWork independently to drive a client pitch end-to-end and develop relevant materials
