As a graduate on the Africa Talent work readiness program, you will be exposed to global best practice in a multi-disciplinary environment. You can expect on-going learning, training and development and support for 6 months as you launch your career within sustainability. 
Within the 6 months readiness program, you will support our Sustainability practice by participating in client projects, research, and delivery of assurance, with an aim to help companies on their journey towards compliance with CSRD and other ESG regulations.

 What is the program like?
We offer you a 6-months contract in which you will start as an intern to learn about the role. In the first month you’ll will learn about our organization and context. Afterwards, you will become part of our intense learning program where you will learn the skills to be a professional within the Deloitte network who will be able to serve on Sustainability assignments for different high profile, international top clients. During the 6 months you will be afforded the opportunity to interview with various Deloitte member firms across Europe and Africa - depending on your progress and performance - you will then have the opportunity to be extended and take on more responsibilities on future assignments. The opportunity to be employed permanently as a junior consultant will be dependent on your performance within the 6 months contract.
