To provide audit technical support and focused interventions to the public audit practice in Deloitte Africa.Assist the Engagement Quality Review Partners to perform Engagement Quality Reviews (EQR) on complex audit engagementsProvide deep technical and specialised support to audit engagement teams in order to ensure that professional standards and legislation are complied with, risks are mitigated and quality audits are conductedProvide coaching to engagement teams to improve quality of audit documentationReview financial statements, audit committee documents and other deliverables to ensure they are complete. Accurate and at the required standardDevelop and provide training to accredit EQRsDevelop high-performing individual team members and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service.
