Main Purpose of the RoleTo support the delivery of services to current clients on delegated engagements/projects, driving operational effectiveness, client satisfaction, and the development of our SAP BI capability.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Delivery Managers in the execution of SAP BI projects, identifying and resolving issues to ensure quality and timely delivery.Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, proactively identifying opportunities for follow-on work and cross-selling Deloitte’s broader offerings.Develop and present client documentation, and act as a trusted advisor on SAP BI solutions.Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and fostering continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with Deloitte policies and manage risk within engagements.Contribute to the development, support, and enhancement of SAP BI systems, providing technical expertise across the full project lifecycle.
