BLM Companies, LLC has the HUD Property Preservation/Maintenance contract for 27 states. Independent Contractors are needed in your area to perform Clean Outs/Debris Removal, Yard Maintenance, Snow Removal and Inspections to ensure that each property remains clean, secure and well-kept until it sells. Property maintenance, property management or property preservation experience would be helpful, but not required. We are looking for hard working, responsible, honest individuals and companies. Training is available.
