Wurth Electronics Midcom, Inc. in Watertown, SD seeks Strategic Partnership Advisor.
Responsibilities: The Strategic Partnership Advisor is responsible in improving the relationship and creating new collaborative projects with new and current partners in an assigned geographic territory; Duties include: services and maintenance to existing clients; identifying and recommending key passive components product customizations and configurations; developing and presenting customer-specific proof of concept specifications; assisting as needed with scope of project plans; communicating and collaborating cross-functionally with sales and delivery in supporting the end client; and other duties as assigned. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S., but will report to Wurth Electronics Midcom Headquarters in Watertown, South Dakota. Domestic travel required 30% of the time.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: 2 years of experience in the job offered or related. Other special requirements include: 2 years of experience working with complex tools used to build customer-specific proofs of concepts/demonstrations; 2 years of experience preparing sales reports for clients, upper management and stakeholders; 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer products; and 2 years of experience in enterprise level implementation or pre-sales of semi-conductor sales and modules; such as Manufacturing, Distribution or similar.
