Act as a liaison or contact between clients, laboratory management and department personnel. Also responsible for providing resolution to client service issues and technical support to laboratory personnel and clients.JOB FUNCTIONSProvide quality and timely response to internal and external client inquiries and requestsCommunicate results problems and discrepancies to clients and follow issue through to a satisfactory conclusionTrack and trend client data as requiredIdentify client concerns, complaints, and trends and recommend changes to accommodate client needsSet up new client accounts in LIMS and create required documents for sample submission for new clientsMaintain records of all client communications and requirementsNotify laboratory of special client requirements and monitor for complianceEnsure compliance to ISO 17025 standards are maintained
