The ServiceNow Developer focuses on learning, assisting, and developing foundational skills while contributing to the overall success of the ServiceNow platform under the guidance of ServiceNow Lead Developer.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in managing the core configuration of the ServiceNow platform. Support the implementation of updates, patches, and basic configuration changes under the guidance of the lead developer.Help maintain and develop applications within ServiceNow, including ITSM and ITOM.Perform routine checks and assist in troubleshooting issues within these modules. Assist in customising and developing ServiceNow applications and workflows according to business needs.Contribute to creating and maintaining simple scripts, UI policies, and business rules under supervision.Participate in platform maintenance activities, including testing and applying updates.Support lead developers during upgrades and ensure minimal disruption to services.Assist in monitoring platform performance and gathering data to help optimize operations.Provide input on basic adjustments to improve efficiency and user experience.
