We are looking for a motivated professional with:Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, or a related disciplineA minimum of four years’ experience working with children, young people, and families, including those facing moderate to high acuity mental health issues Expertise in mental health therapeutic approaches (e.g., DBT, ACT) and a solid understanding of trauma’s impact on mental healthCompetency in mental state examination, crisis and risk assessment, and aftercare planningAbility to work effectively both independently and within a team environment to achieve program goalsDemonstrated excellence in applying relevant theories and practices in youth mental healthJoin us at EACH
