Looking for college student to work and live in nice efficiency apt, May through August, with reduced rent, in exchange for overnight supervision of a special-needs young man 1-2 nights per week (during which time you are allowed to sleep).
Student renter is also required to work approx. 15 hrs. per week @ $11/hr (more for weekend and evening shifts)including weekday a.m.'s from 7:00-8:30 p.m., weeknights from 5pm -10 pm and weekends from 8 a.m-4 p.m. Job description includes assisting the young man with time management, life skills and transportation (car provided).
Apartment has full kitchen with appliances, bathroom, bedroom with sitting area and a commons area with cable and large screen t.v. . Wireless laundry, secured entrance and off street parking included! Location is near grocery, drug store, restaurants and bank and is 10 mins from SDSMT campus. Rent is $250 plus utilities.
