A reputable automotive company is seeking a highly self-motivated, goal-oriented team player to join our team as a Service Manager in Rapid City.

The service manager runs an efficient and profitable service department through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records.
Duties include:
Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the service department
Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all service staff
Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations
Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
Address customer requests, questions, and concerns in a professional and prompt manner
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years related manager experience
Proven track record of successful leadership experience
Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Prior experience in automotive dealership
Strong organizational and communication skills
Possess valid drivers license/acceptable driving record
